I require (basic) furnished accommodations immediately. I am an international consultant - who travels for 75% of the year and would prefer my own space, however, I am flexible on this aspect as I will only sign a month-to-month agreement. A house, loft or open space is preferred. My budget is flexible, up to $1250 per month all inclusive. My preferred location is in the city centre, I prefer to take LRT to the office, bike paths, etc as usual.
