2 BR house/ apartment/ suite/ basement is needed for a family by September 1st
Hello everyone ..
I will move to Edmonton with my family (4 persons) for a PhD Program in the U of A. Therefor, I need a long-term accommodation starting from September 1st. I need the following specifications:
- 2 BR house/ apartment/ suite/ basement (preferably in Garneau Towers, Windsor Plaza, Galen lofts) (preferably east and west of 109 street between 87 Ave and 63 Ave)
- walking distance from U of A or if not that close, direct bus station at the doorstep
- close to elementary and secondary schools
- children of 15 and 11 years allowed
- safe and secure area
- monthly rent up to 1300 $/month (preferably with main utilities included : heat power- water - internet - TV- ...) and if utilities are extra plz fix the monthly range.
- furnished (preferably if available)
- UNSHARED (except for utilities)
